Our Rent To Buy Program is designed for those individuals who want to purchase a home, but cannot get immediately approved for a mortgage due to past or current credit problems. If you do not think you qualify for a mortgage, but are serious about becoming a homeowner and cleaning up your credit issues, you may be an ideal candidate for our Rent To Buy Program.

Our Rent To Buy Program does require a down payment. This is typically about 3% of the purchase price of the home. The Rent To Buy contract will run for up to a one year period, which will allow you that time to work on any credit issues you may have and get yourself back on track. You will need to obtain a mortgage on or before the end of the one year contract and actually purchase the home. We can introduce you to one of the many lenders we work with to help you get that mortgage approval or you can work with someone of your choice.

Keep in mind...
Many people who feel they will not get approved for a mortgage may actually be able to get a mortgage and become a homeowner.

To see if you qualify for an outright purchase or for our Rent To Buy Program, you will need to complete one of our free applications.When we receive your application, we will run a credit report and contact you to discuss your credit, income, and employment situation. If everything looks positive, with your permission, we may refer you to a lender to determine if you can obtain mortgage approval today! If this is positive, you are on your way to becoming a homeowner!  If there are credit or other issues that need to be resolved, we will work with you to resolve those issues.
