Apter Properties was established in 1991 by Gary Apter, who serves as the principal broker of the firm. Apter Properties is a brokerage company that is licensed in the state of Indiana. We are members of both the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors® (MIBOR) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).
 
We specialize in acquiring, renovating and re-marketing single-family residential properties, concentrating in the first-time buyer and moderately priced home sector. The majority of our homes are under $100,000 with many of them in the $50,000-$80,000 range. Our marketing areas includes Marion, Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Johnson and Hendricks counties.
 
Apter Properties is an active buyer of distressed, single family homes. These are homes in need of repairs including repossessed homes, estate properties, and just general fixer-uppers.
